Longer bookings and recurring slots are priced case by case, so just ask. A refundable safety deposit applies to all private hires.

How it works
Four steps, no surprises

Tell us what you’re planning
Send the date, roughly how many people, and what you have in mind. We’ll come back with availability the same day, usually.

Come see the room
Walk through the space, check the light, work out the layout. Ten minutes here saves an hour of guessing later.
03
Contract and advance
We send a short agreement covering timings, what’s included and house rules. Your date is held once it’s signed and the booking is paid in full, along with a refundable safety deposit.
04
Your day
Turn up, set up, do the thing. The deposit comes back to you after we’ve locked up, assuming the room survives you.
